I had a great experience at this dealership! Al was my salesperson and he was super knowledgeable and very easy to deal with. Abby the sales manager was great and straight forward. They gave me a great trade in price and gave me no hassle with their online prices which is very rare these days. At this dealer your salesperson is your finance guy. At most dealers you get thrown to the finance office to close the deal and we all know that nightmare. At this dealership you deal with the same person from start to finish. I was able to drive different trims with no issue to decide what vehicle I liked better. There was very little pressure to buy the same day and because of that I was able to go home and think about my decision. Their prices beat everyone within a 50 mile radius and that was by thousands not hundreds of dollars! This is my second GTI from this location and if I get another it will be here too. If you go in ask for Al Jecrois!

I found the car I wanted online and contacted the dealer. After some back and forth, I was able to put a hold on the vehicle for 48 hours to be able to go in for a test drive. Overall it was an ok buying experience and I am very happy with the result. My sales consultant, Nuno was very knowledgeable about the cars and tried his best to accommodate me. He was very personable and had good sales technique. He wasnt as pushy as some salesmen. I also really appreciate the little things he did, for example he remembered to grab my ezpass and was even able to get it mounted to the new car without having to get new stickers. The one downside to the whole experience was the trade in offer. The offer was very low, even lower than other trade in sites that had given an instant offer, but by that point I was already overwhelmed and didnt want the hassle. The Silko building is brand new, well light and bright. I would definitely recommend this dealer. As with all car buying, being able to negotiate is important. I love the car so far!

I had a great experience at this dealership! Al was my salesperson and he was super knowledgeable and very easy to deal with. Abby the sales manager was great and straight forward. They gave me a great trade in price and gave me no hassle with their online prices which is very rare these days. At this dealer your salesperson is your finance guy. At most dealers you get thrown to the finance office to close the deal and we all know that nightmare. At this dealership you deal with the same person from start to finish. I was able to drive different trims with no issue to decide what vehicle I liked better. There was very little pressure to buy the same day and because of that I was able to go home and think about my decision. Their prices beat everyone within a 50 mile radius and that was by thousands not hundreds of dollars! This is my second GTI from this location and if I get another it will be here too. If you go in ask for Al Jecrois!
